When a printer stops working, the first step is to check the power cables, Wi-Fi connection, and ensure the drivers are installed correctly.

The most common issues are printers not being detected, paper getting jammed, low ink or toner warnings, and very slow printing.

These problems are usually solved by updating printer drivers, clearing the paper jam, refilling the ink or toner, and restarting both the printer and computer. If the issue still continues, we use the manufacturer’s support tool for a permanent fix.
